And I agree with Joann that Terry Gross's interview with Jay-Z was my favorite. It was pure gold listening to him explain to her why rappers grab their crotches while performing on stage.
Another favorite moment: Mike Birbiglia on the Moth's podcast, discussing his sleepwalking and how he jumped out of a second story "La Keen-ta EEEEEEEEN."
