Cooking

I made a quiche today and the eggs looked so pretty when I poured in the soy milk!

Here's the inside of the curry apple pie I made this weekend.

It was really good! If I made it again though, I'd either choose sweeter apples or add more sugar. People said they liked the tartness, but I think it was a little too tart and they were being polite, like when you wear something hideous that's so obviously a statement piece and people compliment it because they feel they have to say something.
