Guacamole
I didn't grow up eating avocados or guacamole because I lived in a town of 600 in Tennessee where no one ate avocados or guacamole. I thought it looked so gross until college, when I went to a friend's house in Memphis and their family made it together. I had never seen an avocado whole or cut in half before, and it was so beautiful inside!
