Equipment "Daddy-printed" shirt

via the Outnet

Um, maybe it's just me, but does the description of this "Daddy-printed" shirt totally put you off? I love Equipment, silk shirts, pinks, reds, florals and discounts, but one of the things I am absolutely against is using the word Daddy to describe anything but your father. Generally it should be kept to kids 10 and under and under, but I'm Southern and I still use it. But there's no way I'd ever use it in any other context (certainly not a sexy one). Maybe it's a typo and they meant "dandy"?

The effects of Hurricane Irene

natural-disaster

Thanks, Irene, for delaying my Outnet shipment an ENTIRE DAY.

Otherwise, it's business as usual post-Irene. The subways were closed on the weekend, but unfortunately everything was back up and running on Monday morning. We were told to expect delays, so I left an hour before normal and ended up being an hour and a half early for work. A lot of people stayed home from work so the commute was actually shorter than usual.

In other news, I'm off to Asia on Thursday! Can't wait to get my Fei Yue's, my fancy pottery, and a bunch of fabric to sew!
